SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are sent from our supplier's warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. YOUNGCOME Urea Stick: estimated delivery in 6 to 10 days. Hair and makeup products: estimated delivery in 5 to 15 days. Depending on where you live, customs duties or import taxes may apply to your parcel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is sealed and unused. To start a return, email contact@contactboutiquemy.online with your order number and we will send you the steps. If your package is lost, arrives damaged or does not arrive within 35 days of your order, we refund you in full. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
